# Easily connect additional Snowflake accounts

Users can now easily connect additional Snowflake accounts without requesting orgadmin access.

Previously when connecting additional Snowflake accounts, users had to first file a Snowflake support ticket to have them enable the `orgadmin` role in that account in order for the `organization_usage` views to become accessible.

This step is no longer necessary, as SELECT will now leverage the `organization_usage` views from the primary Snowflake account. Refer to [our docs](https://select.dev/docs/snowflake-organization#connecting-additional-accounts-to-select) for updated instructions.
