Expanded support for usage groups

We’ve expanded support for our Usage Groups feature. SELECT customers can now define usage groups based on the role a query was executed with, dbt meta fields or tags or custom workload metadata fields.

We're quite excited about this release, as it opens the door to much more flexible chargeback/showback models!
