More filtering options for Looker workloads

Added more filtering options for Looker dashboards and explores

We've added the ability to filter explores by specific dashboards, and vice versa. This will help users understand which dashboards a particular explore is being used in, or what portion of a dashboard's costs are being driven by a particular explore.
