SELECT now shows table-level costs of search optimization

SELECT users can now understand table-level costs of search optimization.

Search optimization costs can be viewed on the main workloads page, as well as on the serverless workloads page. The individual table page also now has a new 'Search Optimization' tab for understanding search optimization costs for that specific table.
