What's the Insiders program?
It's how we say thank you to the operators who already recommend us in hallway conversations. You make a warm intro to a peer who'd benefit; we handle the rest. When they sign, we pay you 10% of the first-year deal — no portal, no chasing.
What happens to my contact?
A real human reaches out within one business day. We never put them on a drip campaign or sell their information.
Do I need to make a warm intro too, or is the form enough?
The form is how you tell us; the warm intro is how you tell them. We expect both. After you submit, please send your peer a short note — an email forward, a Slack DM, whatever fits — that says, in your own words, what working with DoiT Select was like and the value it delivered to you and your company. That two-line endorsement is what turns a cold lead into a real conversation, and it's why our payouts are real money.
When do I get paid?
After your contact signs and is invoiced for their first month. We pay 10% of the annualized first-year contract value.
What if you already know them?
We'll tell you. If they're not yet a customer and you're the first to introduce us, you stay attributed for the next 12 months.
Can I refer multiple people?
Please do. Most of our top Insiders make 3–5 intros a quarter — that's where the real payouts live.
Who counts as a good intro?
Anyone leading or building on AWS, GCP, or Azure who'd benefit from senior cloud expertise on tap. Engineering leaders, platform teams, staff engineers, founder-CTOs. If you'd recommend us in a hallway conversation, send them in.
