Overall, I really appreciated Lucas’s support — he was responsive, clear, and helpful throughout the process. On the other hand, the support from Google felt less efficient. It often felt like I was going in circles, without a clear path forward or actionable guidance. While the issue hasn’t been resolved, we’re currently unable to reproduce it, so I’m closing the incident for now.
